Legal & Compliance
Capacity allocation, operational control, and compliance framework.
Capacity Allocation Only
CompostHubOnline provides access to managed agricultural capacity through standardized allocation profiles. All offerings described on this site relate to capacity access and operational allocation, not the sale of goods, products, or outcomes.
Capacity allocation does not convey ownership of land, infrastructure, biological systems, or agricultural outputs unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
No Guarantees or Representations
This site makes no representations or guarantees regarding yield, output, performance, revenue, cost savings, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Any evaluation of potential outcomes is the sole responsibility of the party requesting capacity and is not provided, endorsed, or verified by CompostHubOnline.
Not an Investment Offering
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation to sell securities, investment interests, profit-sharing arrangements, or joint ventures.
Capacity access is governed by contract and does not confer equity, partnership, or financial participation in CompostHubOnline or any affiliated operation.
Operational Control
All agricultural operations, infrastructure management, biological processing, and site activities remain under the operational control of CompostHubOnline unless otherwise specified by contract.
Access to capacity does not grant authority to direct on-site operations, staffing, scheduling, or management practices outside the scope of a written agreement.
Biological Processing Units
Biological Processing Units (BPU-V and BPU-W) are presented as support infrastructure for managed agricultural systems. BPU capacity does not imply guaranteed material production, biological performance, or availability.
Any transfer or off-site use of biological material is permitted only where explicitly stated in a written contract and subject to applicable handling, transport, and compliance requirements.
Water and Regional Context
Operations described on this site occur within a desert agricultural environment and within the regulatory and water-management context of the region, including the Douglas Active Management Area where applicable.
Water use, irrigation practices, and operational decisions are managed as part of an integrated agricultural system and subject to applicable laws, regulations, and contractual terms.
Compliance Responsibility
Parties requesting capacity are responsible for conducting their own legal, regulatory, and operational due diligence prior to entering into any agreement.
Nothing on this site should be construed as legal, financial, agricultural, or regulatory advice.
Contract Governs
All rights, obligations, permissions, limitations, and remedies are governed exclusively by written agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between this site and a contract, the contract controls.
