The ranch has developed through private investment, Farm Service Agency financing, Natural Resources Conservation Service conservation programs, and years of hands-on work.
Water storage, solar-powered pumping, agricultural pipeline, fencing, vegetation management, and protected production areas created the capacity that the farm is now turning into food and soil production.
The farm is being built to operate through ordinary agricultural methods first: growing, feeding, watering, harvesting, handling livestock, managing soil, and maintaining infrastructure.
Technology is being added to increase capacity and extend what the farm can do — not to replace the basic farming system.
As the ranch develops, selected farm tasks will be supported by remote operation using the ROS2Farmbot teleoperation system.
The goal is to extend human reach across the farm while keeping agricultural production, safety, and operator control at the center of the system.

The ranch is being developed around the realities of Cochise County: limited water, strong sun, seasonal weather, open land, and the need to make each production area earn its place in the larger farm system.
